经济型旅馆的概念可以参考欧美国家对于旅馆档次的划分。经济型旅馆即EconomyHotels,即以合理的价格,全系列的增值措施,向追求性价比的顾客,提供舒适的设施良好的房间以及有限的服务。

参照我国《旅馆饭店星级的划分及评定》的要求,以上描述的旅馆十分类似于我国的二星级旅馆以及部分设施服务较好的一星级旅馆.因此,我们所指的经济型旅馆,就是指我国现存的二星级旅馆,设施与服务较好的一星级旅馆,甚至一些设施服务较差的三星级旅馆;以及设施服务与此类似的未评星的旅馆,宾馆及招待所.

2、什么是万里路青年酒店连锁发展联盟?

万里路青年酒店连锁发展联盟(Utels Youth Hotels & Hostels Federation, UYHF) 是中国经济型酒店连锁的民族品牌,是北京青年旅舍协会在国内积极推动国际青年旅舍运动中总结的现实市场需求, 是中国青年旅舍运动发展从雏形到初级阶段的必然产物,它源于国际品牌,高于国际品牌,是经过六年实践检验证明的成功模式。UYHF利用低成本扩张战略,给国外同档次Utels加盟企业与中国经济型酒店的客源交换提供了交易平台,为国内以Utels品牌为核心的网络建设树起了一面旗帜,是让全球Utels连锁企业多一份亲情的战略联盟。 UYHF是一个网络型企业组织,旨在树立联盟强势品牌、共享市场资源、提高商业对话权,在平等互利的基础上,追求联盟的整体利益以及会员的个体利益。

UYHF既是横向联盟又是纵向联盟。它的成员包括中国各城市的单体旅馆;这些旅馆在市场、信息、客源、科技发展等方面资源共享,增强了市场谈判能力,降低了运行成本并获得更多的利润。同时,UYHF的成员也包括旅馆供应链上各个价值单位,如设备供应商、设计公司、咨询公司、装饰公司、网络订房中心、软件系统集成等。这些非旅馆成员的加入,不仅为旅馆提供了优质专业的资源,而且很大程度增加了纵向联盟成员的商机和业务规模。

UYHF以成员相互信任为基础,以市场、资金、信息、技术、管理为纽带;它不改变成员单位的产权结构,各成员单位仍然独立经营;通过联盟统一的品牌宣传、服务标准、集团采购、人力资源、网络系统、客房预订等手段充分发挥规模效益和整体优势,很大可能提高各成员单位的经济效益。UYHF的边界具有延伸性,它将根据业态和市场的发展不断吸纳新的成员。UYHF的成员将缴纳一定数额的年费并在北京国际饭店二号楼11层专设秘书处负责联盟的日常运营。

UYHF总部设在北京。由北京青年旅舍协会、万里路青年酒店连锁管理(北京)有限公司(Utels)、北京西华饭店有限公司、华龙国际旅行社、北京远东饭店、北京红都实佳宾馆、上海万里路青年酒店、北京背包在线网络科技有限公司、北京数智富邦软件科技有限公司等几十家单位共同发起建立,其很高权力机构是联盟成员代表大会;联盟成员均为联盟理事单位;由理事单位推荐选举产生常务理事单位,常务理事单位资格在每两年换届选举中产生。联盟设秘书处处理日常运行事务,设顾问团为成员单位提供咨询服务。

UYHF面临的主要任务和方向:
