成都成保发展股份有限公司（简称‘成保公司’），前身为交通部成都汽车保修机械厂，创建于1970年，2002年国企改制后，作为子公司进入成都禾嘉集团，现位于成都市新都工业东区。

成保公司近五十年的发展历史，是伴随我国机动车检测事业的发展而成长壮大的，上世纪八十年代中期，由交通部统一部署，以成保为主，原交通部公路科学研究所参与，在国内组织开发汽车安全检测设备，包括汽车速度表检验台、汽车制动检验台、汽车侧滑检验台、前照灯检测仪、底盘测功机（水冷式），于1987年相继完成并通过相关部门组织验收，正式注册‘成保’品牌（CB）。随后几年成保又引进日本技术，经消化吸收并国产化形成产品，大量投放到国内市场及返销到日本及其他国家和地区，填补了国内安检、综检行业的空白。1998年，成保公司派遣专家到美国学习工况法技术，回国后于2000年研制出工况法底盘测功机及控制系统样机，于2003年形成产品并首先推向北京市场。目前，公司已累计销售汽车综安检线2000余条、工况法环保检测线800余条，得到了社会的高度认可。

In 1998, Chengbao company sent experts to the United States to study the working condition method technology.
