贵州黔源电力股份有限公司是电力上市企业。公司成立于1993年10月12日，2005年3月3日在深交所挂牌上市，股票简称“黔源电力”，股票代码002039。

公司成立以来，致力于贵州“两江一河”（北盘江、芙蓉江、三岔河）流域梯级水电开发，截至2015年6月底，公司已经建成投产九座大中型水电站，装机容量3230.5MW，资产规模181亿元。其中，光照电站1040MW、董箐电站880MW、马马崖电站558MW、引子渡电站360MW、善泥坡电站185.5MW、普定电站84MW、鱼塘电站75MW、清溪电站28MW、牛都电站20MW。目前，公司已发展成为以水电开发建设和生产经营管理为主的大型发电企业。

公司本部设置十二个部室，分别是公司办公室（法律事务部）、规划发展部、人力资源部、财务资产部、安全生产部、市场运营部（计划经营部）、工程管理部、政治工作部（工会办公室）、监察审计部（纪检办公室）、证券管理部、征地移民管理部、流域环境监测中心。公司所属控股子公司三家，即贵州北盘江电力股份有限公司（黔源控股51%），负责贵州北盘江干流梯级水电开发；贵州北源电力股份有限公司（黔源控股51.94%），负责贵州芙蓉江干（支）流梯级水电开发；贵州西源发电有限责任公司（黔源控股30%），负责北盘江干流上游善泥坡电站的开发。公司所属电站九个，分别是：黔源公司全资直属的普定电站、引子渡电站；贵州北盘江电力股份有限公司所属的光照电站、马马崖一级电站、董箐电站；贵州北源电力股份有限公司所属的清溪电站、鱼塘电站、牛都电站；贵州西源发电有限责任公司所属的善泥坡电站。此外，公司设立库坝集中管理及经济运行中心，负责公司生产调度管理、大坝安全及防汛管理、信息化管理、经济运行技术支撑系统建设及专业管理工作。
