苏州市甪直酱品厂位于苏州城东甪直镇，小桥流水环境幽雅，当地有保圣寺古迹，该厂传统名优产品“甪直萝卜”历史悠久、远近闻名。

甪直酱品厂前身是由“张源丰”“沈成号”“鼎康”三家酱油、酱菜、糕饼作坊合并起来的，创始于清朝同治年间。1956年公私合营成立“甪直酱品厂”。于2003年企业转制后，开办个人独资企业，现为“苏州市吴中区甪直酱品厂”。

苏州市甪直酱品厂现有厂面积20亩土地，建筑面积7000多平方，主要生产酱油、酱菜、系列酱、辣椒油等四类产品，拥有主要生产设备4吨蒸汽锅炉1台，160KV配电设备，全套化验仪器设备。（1）酱油：酿造发酵楼一幢（3000平方），蒸煮球锅及其他附属设备2套。采用通风制曲，自动控温设备及不锈钢蒸汽水保温发酵设备76只，配有电子自动设控，并有不锈钢储存罐24只。太阳能晒油房6只（400吨），及瓶灌装流水线一条，桶灌装流水线一条，袋灌装机二台，年生产特级酱油达1万吨以上。（2）系列酱：有袋包装机2台，蒸气杀菌锅1台，蒸汽夹层锅4只。（3）酱菜腌：“甪直萝卜”是家喻户晓的江南传统时令名产，创始于前道光年间，历史悠久，风味独特。

自98年与上海味好美公司、上海联合利华、上海日清公司、上海陶大等公司合作以来，双方合作一直非常融洽，在合作过程中味好美公司对公司支持及帮助很大，经过几年来的合作帮助公司逐步完善了管理体系，在2009年5月通过了IS022000认证。

(2) Series sauce: 2 sets of bag packing machines, 1 steam sterilization pot, 4 steam sandwich pots. (3) Pickled with pickles: "Luzhi Radish" is a well-known traditional seasonal famous product in Jiangnan. It was founded in qiandaoguang period, with a long history and unique flavor. Since the cooperation with Shanghai weihaomei company, Shanghai Unilever, Shanghai Riqing company and Shanghai Taoda company in 1998, the cooperation between the two sides has been very harmonious. In the process of cooperation, weihaomei company has greatly supported and helped the company. After several years of cooperation, the company has gradually improved its management system and passed IS022000 certification in May 2009.
