肇庆市皇中皇裹蒸粽有限公司座落于自然保护区的鼎湖山脚下，始创于一九五五年，有六十多年历史，发展至今，已是一家现代化生产和销售肇庆特产裹蒸粽企业。公司厂房面积10000多平方米，配备标准化规范化厂房，自动化及半自动化裹蒸粽生产线，有大型蒸煮锅、压力锅、烘炉、现代化真空设备、高温压力灭菌锅、大型超低温速冻冷库等成套生产设备。同时，为了保障材料的安全卫生，公司建成了大型无公害冬叶生产基地及生猪饲养基地。目前日生产能力可达40吨（10万只）以上，年产值6800多万元。
