南方水泥江山南方水泥有限公司(原浙江虎山集团）位于浙、闽、赣三省交界的江山市上铺，浙赣铁路穿其而过，205、320国道和46、48省道以及黄衢南高速公路傍依四周，厂区有7道铁路专用线与浙赣铁路联接，交通运输极为便利。

企业始建于1958年，是国家“一五”时期投资兴建的一家大型水泥企业，前身为原浙江省江山水泥厂，1998年企业改制组建为浙江虎山集团有限公司。经五十年的不断发展和技术改造，已形成年产600万吨水泥的规模。2007年加盟中国建材集团，作为发起人之一，与中国建材集团合作成立了南方水泥公司。
