青岛宏达塑胶总公司，成立于1992年，原隶属于青岛集体企业联社，现隶属于青岛华通国有资本运营（集团）有限公司。由原青岛塑料二、六、七厂合并而成。是经青岛市经委批准，由多个企业组建以生产塑料制品为主的，经山东省统计局认定的大型集体企业集团。现为中国塑料加工工业协会会员单位。

注册资金3564万元，主要经营塑料板材、农地膜、塑料异型材、管材的生产制造及销售。
