深圳海吉星国际农产品物流园(以下称“深圳海吉星”)由深圳国有上市公司深圳市农产品股份有限公司投资建设,是深圳市政府规划的一级农产品批发市场,是国家发改委国债项目、深圳市重大建设项目。项目位于深圳市龙岗区平湖物流基地内,一期占地面积30.3万平方米,规划建筑面积82万平方米,投资总额18亿元。

深圳海吉星以“绿色交易”为核心理念,创新食品安全管控模式,引进第三方实验室独立开展检测,同时研发“农产品食品安全风险地图”加强风险预警,实施RFID物联网项目构建全程可追溯体系;以及通过信息支持新模式、专业的管理交易新模式、周到的客户服务新模式、绿色的能源利用新模式打造安全型、信息型、物流型、服务型、低碳型为一体的绿色市场。

深圳海吉星项目聘请法国Rungis公司作为规划咨询单位,结合中国国情,引入国际化的规划设计理念,已成为我国农产品批发市场行业升级改造的样板,成为农产品进入深圳的物流枢纽中心,成为深港两地2200万人口“菜篮子”供应的重要保障,起到平抑价格、促进农产品流通、把控食品安全、促进食品进出口贸易增长、推广进口食品平价消费、带动农业及相关产业发展、促进就业的作用,并且为政府决策提供数据支持,成为深圳产业升级转型的典范。项目功能分区主要包括交易区、加工配送区、仓储区及商业生活配套区及农产品智慧中心;交易品类主要为水果、蔬菜、干货、冻品等;规划交易规模为年交易量600万吨,年交易额300亿元,日均车流量2万车次,日均人流量为6—8万人。

深圳海吉星已于2011年9月29日正式启用,目前,蔬菜、冻品、水果、干货等交易区已运营,形成了购销两旺的良好局面。其中,先行启动的蔬菜交易区,日均交易量4500多吨,日均交易额1300万元,比布吉农批市场交易量增长20%以上,而价格整体呈平稳略有下降趋势;2012年3月9日启用的冻品交易区主要经营品类有综合冻品、海产品及深加工肉制品等,启用至今交易量稳步上升;2012年3月16日启动的水果交易区是仅次于蔬菜经营区的第二大核心交易品类,有标准化南果、北果和进口水果等,日均交易量约1500—2000吨;2012年5月24日启动的干货、茶叶交易区共有500多个商铺。

深圳海吉星现阶段有来自全国各地的经销商2000多家,汇集全国及世界各地8000多种农产品,其中名、优、特、新农产品达800多个,目前经营的蔬菜、水果、冻品、干货分别占深圳市民消费量的85%、90%、90%和60%以上,不但满足了深港两地居民的菜篮子所需,而且辐射整个华南地区乃至全国。
