约2000年，成立寰宇电脑科技有限公司、寰宇资讯科技有限公司、寰宇艺人管理有限公司等。

到了2007年，集团夥拍东亚唱片集团携手进军音乐界，合资成立寰宇音乐有限公司，找了著名青春人气偶像江若琳，首次推出《Innocent》(2007年7月26日发行)，数年後再推出《错爱》(单曲碟)，销售量达至8000张。

集团由林小明先生、赵雪英女士创立，集团於1999年7月20日於香港交易所主版上市。
