福建省华龙集团由母公司和七家子公司、一家参股公司组成。母公司福建省华龙集团饲料有限公司（简称集团公司）成立于1988年8月，注册资本2000万元，华龙母公司股东由6家法人和4个自然人组成，控股股东为福建省农业科学院。

集团子公司和参股公司分别是：福建省华龙饲料有限公司；福建省金华龙饲料有限公司；福建华龙集团永安黎明饲料有限公司；福建省龙岩市华龙饲料有限公司；福建省邵武市华龙饲料有限公司；福建省漳州市华龙饲料有限公司；福建省福清华龙饲料有限公司；漳州昌龙农牧有限公司。

集团占地面积300多亩。主营业务为生产销售配合饲料、浓缩饲料、添加剂预混料及肉鸭种苗繁育、肉鸭养殖和屠宰加工。年产各类畜禽、水产饲料50多万吨，年可养殖种鸭7万只，繁育正番鸭、半番鸭和樱桃谷鸭苗1800万只，并以家禽养殖专业合作社为平台，发展优质肉鸭养殖，年可出栏及屠宰加工优质肉鸭近1000万只。

The group has more than 800 employees, including more than 200 with college degree or above. There are 3 researchers, 1 associate researcher, 3 senior animal husbandry teachers, 4 senior accountants and 4 certified public accountants.
