With the strong support of the provincial Party committee and the provincial government, the Sanjiang and Jiusan administration bureaus and Gongqing farms are under construction to implement the reform of the management committee, which has achieved a major breakthrough in the financial and tax management system of the reclamation area. Since the operation of Jiansanjiang, Jiusan and the Communist Youth Management Committee, 3.988 billion yuan of full caliber tax revenue has been accumulated, including 1.3 billion yuan in 2016, up 7.1% year on year.
