湖北省华阳企业集团创立于1992年，于2005年11月1日改制成立了十堰华阳投资有限公司，座落在风景秀丽的武当山麓，，占地面积近800亩，拥有总资产5.5亿元。总公司共有七个成员企业，其中三个全资子公司力呜差速器、华阳置业、昇华工业园；两个控股子公司华阳变速系统公司、华丰吉顺公司；三个合资公司中美合资企业美驰华阳，华丰吉顺汽车零部件有限公司以及神帆专用汽车改装厂。拥有职工近2000人，其中大专以上的专业技术人员近600余人，中级专业技术职称的员工135人，高级专业职称的员工30人。

华阳共有标准化厂房15万平方米，各类设备1500余台[套]，其中；购置各类数控机床及多功能加工中心110余台[套]，13条精密铸造生产线，25条自动化，半自动化机械加工生产线，6条热处理生产线，引进6条日本、意大利铝、镁合金大型压铸生产线。
