公司是中国内燃机工业协会常务理事单位，全国冷却水泵/机油泵分会副理事长单位，机油泵行业标准制定单位。公司通过了质量ISO/ TS16949、环保ISO14000、安全OHSAS18001体系认证。公司设有衡山齿轮有限责任公司和湖南省嘉力机械有限公司两个全资子公司。

产品有九发系列、两百多个规格，主要为柴油机/汽油机机油泵、机械及电控变排量机油泵、燃油输油泵、变速箱液压泵、冷却水泵、模块集成产品、硬齿面减速机、精密齿轮、高精度有色黑色铸件。

公司主要配套与合作的国际客户有：美国康明斯、美国卡特彼勒、意大利菲亚特、德国道依茨、瑞典斯堪尼亚、德国MTU、美国博格华纳、美国纳威斯达、美国约翰迪尔、美国通用电器、奥地利斯太尔、瑞典沃尔沃等十多家主机厂；国内客户有：玉柴、潍柴、锡柴、大柴、上柴、重汽、北汽福田、奇瑞、长安、吉利、一拖、雷沃、长城、福田康明斯、东风康明斯、重庆康明斯、康明斯武汉燃油系统、西安康明斯、广西康明斯、一汽、上汽、神龙、江淮、广汽、江铃、华菱、东风小康、盛瑞传动、浙江青年集团等六十多家主机厂。
