公司于2004年开始筹建核桃深加工项目,2005年12月28日正式投产;项目位于武安市长远农产品深加工园区,总占地205亩,总投资1.5亿元,分两期工程实施。其中一期工程占地55亩,主导产品为冷榨核桃油,年加工核桃原料7000—10000吨,年产晶品冷榨核桃油1200吨,该项目技术依托北京林业大学,采用精良的常温制取工艺(纯物理冷榨技术),不添加任何化学溶剂,保留核桃的香醇和营养。晶品核桃油符合美国、欧盟冷榨植物油标准,并通过了国际互认的有机食品认证。通过本项目的实施,年创产值1.5个亿,可实现利税3000万元。
即将实施的二期工程占地150亩,预计投资8000万元。项目是:从核桃青皮中提取核桃醌生产线一条,年产120吨的核桃油营养胶囊生产线一条,年产1.2亿粒的营养干吃片生产线一条。公司二期工程投产后,可形成集核桃种植、加工、出口一体的农业产业化企业和高技术产品出口创汇为主的外向型企业,可以带动我市核桃产业的发展,改善贫困山区人民的生活水平,更能拓展对外贸易,增加出口创汇;通过项目的实施还可直接或间接地解决5万余户农民脱贫致富,带动太行山区东麓地带生态脆弱的环境建设,维护良好的生态环境,促进当地经济实现可持续发展。
