湖北晋煤金楚化肥有限责任公司（简称金楚化肥）是2009年10月30日由湖北鄂中楚兴化工有限责任公司（该公司是于2003年6月在原倒闭国有企业¬——“湖北祥瑞化工股份有限公司”的基础上组建起来的股份制化工企业）与晋煤金石共同投资组建的股份制化工企业。
金楚化肥位于有中国磷都之称的钟祥市境内，交通便利，基础设施完备。公司占地面积280余亩，截止2010年底，资产总额3.12亿元，职工460人，总氨生产能力为15万吨/年（其中甲醇3万吨/年），碳铵12万吨/年。

公司将建设2万吨/年二氧化碳回收项目，并规划在湖北省钟祥市双河镇官冲村（双河油库）投资5.77亿元，建设10万吨/年双氧水项目，30万吨/年工业硫酸，20万吨/年磷酸一铵项目。2011年至2016年建设完成磷化工、煤化工两个相互匹配的基础产业，并建设完成磷煤结合和产品深加工生产装置，初步形成磷煤结合、肥料生产与精细化工生产并重发展的格局。

From 2011 to 2016, two matching basic industries, phosphorus chemical industry and coal chemical industry, were built, and the production facilities of phosphorus coal combination and deep processing of products were completed, preliminarily forming a pattern of equal development of phosphorus coal combination, fertilizer production and fine chemical production.
