湖北晋煤金楚化肥有限责任公司（简称金楚化肥）是2009年10月30日由湖北鄂中楚兴化工有限责任公司（该公司是于2003年6月在原倒闭国有企业¬——“湖北祥瑞化工股份有限公司”的基础上组建起来的股份制化工企业）与晋煤金石共同投资组建的股份制化工企业。

金楚化肥位于有中国磷都之称的钟祥市境内，交通便利，基础设施完备。公司占地面积280余亩，截止2010年底，资产总额3.12亿元，职工460人，总氨生产能力为15万吨/年（其中甲醇3万吨/年），碳铵12万吨/年。
