陕西锦志程机动车驾驶技能培训有限公司（行业简称：陕西锦志程驾校）是经陕西省交通厅运输管理局、陕西省公安厅、西安市机动车驾驶员培训管理中心三家主管部门联合验收合格后签发行政许可文件，成立于2011年的国家一级资质的大型标准化驾校。校址位于西安市高新开发区鱼化工业园双鱼路甲字18号，注资1000余万元。

驾校主营机动车驾驶员培训及经营性教练场，驾校建有大型全灯光标准初级驾驶训练场和电子全科目考训场。场地绿化、初级驾驶训练场和电子模拟考训场建设符合公安部123号令考试规范要求，保障学员熟悉新的考试科目和流程。

驾校购入百余辆比亚迪和桑塔纳专用教练车型供教学和学员实操使用，并投入数台福田大巴和金杯面包车作为接送学员体检、日常训练和组织考试使用。
