国家会展中心是由中华人民共和国商务部和上海市人民政府于2011年共同决定合作共建的大型会展综合体项目，总投资约160亿元，由国家会展中心（上海）有限责任公司投资建设并运营。

国家会展中心总建筑面积147万平方米。其中地上面积127万平方米，集展览、会议、活动、商业、办公、酒店等多种业态为一体，是目前世界上较大的建筑单体和会展综合体。主体建筑以伸展柔美的四叶幸运草为造型，采用轴线对称设计理念，设计中体现了诸多中国元素，是上海市的标志性建筑之一。

地处上海虹桥商务区核心区西部，与虹桥交通枢纽直线距离仅1.5公里，通过空中连廊、地下通道及地铁2号线与虹桥火车站、虹桥机场紧密相连，周边高速路网四通八达，1至2小时可到达长三角各主要城市，航空２至３小时可直达亚太主要经济城市。

It can reach the major cities in the Yangtze River Delta in one to two hours and the major economic cities in the Asia Pacific in two to three hours. One belt, one road, China, is a key platform for the opening up of the National Convention and Exhibition Center.
