深蓝泵业是国内为数不多具有铸造能力的化工泵制造企业，铸造、生产整个环节质量控制可以得到保障，深蓝与大连理工大学常年合作，在低温、高温、耐腐蚀材料方面有丰富的制造经验。拥有全自动混砂生产线三条，中频炉9台，AOD精炼炉2台，热处理炉3台，抛丸机5台等一系列铸造设备。铸造材料包括GB、ASME、ASTM、RCC-M标准的各种铸铁、耐腐蚀不锈钢、碳素钢等，可冶炼低碳、超低碳奥氏体不锈钢、超级奥氏体不锈钢、哈氏合金、蒙奈尔合金等40余种耐腐蚀材料。

大连深蓝拥有两处试验基地，分别位于瓦房店厂区和大连厂区，根据试验功能分为石化泵试验台、核级泵试验台、低温泵试验台、钠泵试验台、特种泵试验台（12000KW）（施工阶段）。其中石化试验台用于常规标准流程泵试验需求，可进行泵组水力性能测试、汽蚀试验测试、变频工况测试、耐久试验测试，核级功能试验台可满足：冷热冲击试验、降压启动试验、含颗粒杂质试验、含气试验、高温耐久试验等功能性试验，低温试验台具有-135℃~-200℃三条加气装置系统，可采用LPG、液氮进行低温介质试验。

The petrochemical test-bed is used for the test requirements of conventional standard process pumps, which can be used for hydraulic performance test, cavitation test, frequency conversion condition test and durability test of pump sets. The nuclear level functional test-bed can meet the following requirements: cold and hot impact test, depressurization start test, particle impurity test, gas test, high temperature durability test and other functional tests. The low-temperature test-bed has a temperature of - 135 ℃ ~ - 200 The LPG and liquid nitrogen can be used for the low temperature medium test of the three gas filling device system.
