日照绿茶怎么样

日照绿茶产于山东省日照市。日照是世界茶学家公认的三个海绿茶城市之一(另两个分别为韩国宝城和日本静冈)。日照绿茶具有汤色黄绿明亮、栗香浓郁、回味甘醇、叶片厚、香气高、耐冲泡等独特优良品质。2006年3月,国家质检总局批准对日照绿茶实施地理标志产品保护。

因为地处北方,昼夜温差极大,因而这种茶叶生长缓慢,但是也正因为此,这种茶具备了南方茶所没有的特点。中国农科院茶科所对日照茶有着这样的评价:香气高、滋味浓、叶片厚、耐冲泡。

1966年东港区的前身日照县“南茶北引”获得成功。此后东港茶叶不断发展,特别是自1998年以来,日照市政府立足实际科学决策,把绿茶生产确立为农业特色经济的支柱产业进行培植。日照绿茶产业实现了跨越式发展。2012年,日照绿茶区域内茶园面积已达到12万亩,茶园面积占到全省的茶园面积半数以上,年产茶叶1500吨,占山东省的50%以上。其中东港区巨峰镇1000亩有机茶已通过欧盟国际有机食品发展中心认证,获得了欧盟市场的“通行证”。

日照市地处山东省东南部,东临黄海,属暖温带湿润季风气候,光照充足,雨量充沛。境内山地丘陵土壤呈微酸性,属黄棕壤土,含有丰富的有机质和微量元素。优良的沿海气候条件和优良的环境,孕育了日照绿茶“叶片厚、滋味浓、香气高、耐冲泡”的独待品质。日照绿茶畅销全省及北京、东北等全国各大城市,并远销至日本、韩国、俄罗斯等国外市场,呈现出广阔的发展前景。

日照绿茶的制作工艺十分复杂,包括采茶、摊凉、杀青、揉捻、搓团提毫、烘干等工序。采茶、摊凉要求采摘必须精细,大小均匀一致,不采雨水叶、病虫叶、紫色叶。采摘叶必须用竹篓装盛,禁止用各种袋装,以防鲜叶红变和闷熟。进厂后抖松摊放,厚度不超过10厘米,摊放时间3到4小时,鲜叶开始透发香气即开始加工。杀青则采用国际精良汽热杀青机,叶失水率约在35%到37%之间,也可用手工杀青并完成后摊凉。揉捻,采用6CRM-35型揉捻机,每桶装3公斤左右,轻揉不加压,时间3至5分钟,揉时过长,压力过重,易出现茶汁外溢,影响色泽和显毫。搓团提毫则采用手工操作,凭制茶技工经验加以调节,边搓团,边解块散热,搓制条形卷曲,茸毫显露,干燥达80%即可。最后一道工序就是烘干,用941型箱式烘干机,边翻边抖动直至干燥,烘至含水量6%。

2012年,日照市东港区正在筹建集观光旅游、茶叶贸易、休闲娱乐为一体的日照茶博园(日照绿茶超市),实现日照绿茶品牌建设的跨越。

日照市东港区人民政府与中国农科院茶叶研究所签署了合作建立北方茶叶生产基地的协议,双方建立了技术协作关系,并多次邀请中国茶叶研究所的专家、教授来东港区、五莲县指导茶叶生产,定期举办茶叶技术培训班,双方合作建起了一个千亩茶叶示范园,从南方引进了龙井、福鼎大白茶等10余个无性系良种。

茶叶技术人员相继攻克了十多项茶园优质丰产技术难关,完成了设施栽培等科研项目,并推广了扦插繁育、配方施肥、合理修剪等新技术,使茶园面积不仅在规模上迅速扩大,而且在茶叶品种质量优化上有了显著的提高。

中国农业科学院茶叶研究所专家对日照绿茶的评价是:  新采的日照绿茶独特的沿海气候和无工业污染地理条件,孕育了日照绿茶汤色黄绿明亮、栗香浓郁、回味甘醇、叶片厚、香气高、耐冲泡的独特优良品质,日照茶树越冬期比南方长1-2个月,昼夜温差大利于内含物的积累,含有丰富的维生素、矿物质和对人体有用的微量元素。


Rizhao Green tea is produced in Rizhao City, Shandong Province. Rizhao is one of the three sea green tea cities recognized by tea experts in the world (the other two are Baocheng in South Korea and Shizuoka in Japan). Rizhao Green tea has a bright yellow green color, rich chestnut flavor, aftertaste of glycol, thick leaves, high aroma, brewing resistance and other unique good quality. In March 2006, AQSIQ approved the implementation of geographical indication product protection for Rizhao Green Tea. Because it is located in the north, the temperature difference between day and night is great, so the growth of this kind of tea is slow. The Institute of tea science of Chinese Academy of Agricultural Sciences has such evaluation on Rizhao tea: high aroma, strong taste, thick leaves, and brewing resistance. In 1966, Rizhao County, the predecessor of Donggang District, was successfully introduced from the south to the north. Since then, Donggang tea has been developing continuously, especially since 1998, Rizhao Municipal government has established green tea production as a pillar industry of agricultural characteristic economy based on practical and scientific decision-making. Rizhao Green tea industry has achieved leapfrog development. In 2012, the tea garden area in Rizhao Green tea area has reached 120000 mu, accounting for more than half of the tea garden area in the province, with an annual output of 1500 tons of tea, accounting for more than 50% of Shandong Province. Among them, the 1000 mu organic tea in Jufeng Town, Donggang District has passed the certification of EU International Organic Food Development Center and obtained the "pass" of EU market. Rizhao City is located in the southeast of Shandong Province, bordering the Yellow Sea in the East. It has a warm temperate humid monsoon climate with sufficient light and rainfall. The hilly soil is slightly acidic, belonging to yellow brown soil, which is rich in organic matter and trace elements. Excellent coastal climate conditions and excellent environment give birth to the unique quality of Rizhao Green tea, which is characterized by thick leaves, strong taste, high aroma and strong brewing resistance. Rizhao Green tea is popular in the whole province, Beijing, northeast and other major cities in China, and exported to Japan, South Korea, Russia and other foreign markets, showing a broad development prospect. The production process of Rizhao Green tea is very complex, including tea picking, cooling, killing, rolling, rolling, and drying. Tea picking and cooling are required to be fine and uniform in size. Rainwater leaves, pest leaves and purple leaves are not to be picked. The leaves must be picked in bamboo baskets. It is forbidden to use any kind of bags to prevent the fresh leaves from reddening and smouldering. After entering the factory, shake it loose and spread it out. The thickness is no more than 10 cm. The spreading time is 3 to 4 hours. When the fresh leaves start to smell, the processing begins. The international excellent steam heat machine is used for the green, and the water loss rate of leaves is between 35% and 37%. It can also be done by hand and then spread cool. Kneading, using 6crm-35 type kneading machine, 3 kg per barrel, light kneading without pressure, 3-5 minutes, too long kneading time, too heavy pressure, easy to overflow tea juice, affecting color and appearance. Hand operation is used to rub the dough and lift the hair. The adjustment is based on the experience of tea making technicians. The dough is rubbed while the heat is released. The strip shape is rolled and the hair is exposed. The drying rate is up to 80%. The last process is drying, using 941 box dryer, shaking while flanging until drying, drying to 6% moisture content. In 2012, Donggang District of Rizhao City is preparing to build Rizhao Tea Expo Park (Rizhao Green Tea supermarket), which integrates sightseeing, tea trade and entertainment, to realize the leap of Rizhao Green tea brand construction. The people's Government of Donggang District, Rizhao City signed an agreement with Tea Research Institute of Chinese Academy of Agricultural Sciences to establish a tea production base in the north. The two sides established a technical cooperation relationship, and invited experts and professors from China Tea Research Institute to guide tea production in Donggang District and Wulian County for many times, and held regular tea technical training courses. The two sides cooperated to build a 1000 mu tea demonstration park from the south Fang introduced more than 10 improved clones, such as Longjing and Fuding Dabai tea. Tea technicians have overcome more than ten technical difficulties of high-quality and high-yield tea garden, completed scientific research projects such as facility cultivation, and promoted new technologies such as cuttage breeding, formula fertilization and reasonable pruning, which not only expanded the tea garden area rapidly in scale, but also improved the optimization of tea germplasm. Experts from Tea Research Institute of Chinese Academy of Agricultural Sciences evaluated Rizhao Green tea as follows: the unique coastal climate and industrial pollution-free geographical conditions of newly harvested Rizhao Green Tea gave birth to the unique and excellent quality of Rizhao Green tea soup, such as bright yellow green, rich chestnut fragrance, aftertaste glycol, thick leaves, high aroma and strong brewing resistance. The overwintering period of Rizhao tea tree is 1-2 months longer than that of the south, and the temperature difference between day and night is large, which is beneficial to the environment It is rich in vitamins, minerals and trace elements useful for human body.
