宁波耀泰电器有限公司是与外商合资的企业，地处浙江省余姚市远东工业城CN8号，专业生产户外庭院灯具。

公司占地总面积37000平方米，建筑面积42000平方米。公司设有压铸、涂塑、总装等车间，能独立完成模具设计、制造、压铸、机械加工、表面处理（喷塑、漆）、灯具装配等一系列工序。主要设备有瑞士金马自动喷塑流水线、铝压铸表面前处理设备、灯具装配流水线等。

公司目前年生产能力为600万个灯具、2000吨各类铝、锌合金压铸产品。员工500人，其中压铸设计、工艺、涂装的工程技术人员35人，员工素质良好。公司一贯来重视新品的研发和品质的控制。凭借国外技术和信息，设计研发了一大批技术含量高、外观新颖、适销对路的新产品，每年有近百种的新品推向市场；公司产品先后通过GS、CE、UL、CUL、SASO、NF等国际安全认证以及中国的 CCC 安全认证，公司并通过了ISO9001：2000质量管理体系认证和ISO14001环境管理体系认证、QC080000有害物质管理体系认证。
