东北航空有限公司（Air Northeast，简称：东北航空、东北航）是由沈阳航空产业集团有限公司（国有控股企业）、北京首都航空有限公司、辽宁航杰教育投资有限公司等共同投资的一家航空运输企业。于2015年5月通过国家工商总局核准企业名称，并于同年10月顺利通过中国民航东北地区管理局初审并上报至民航总局审批。

东北航空以沈阳桃仙国际机场为主运营基地，以支线航空为主，行政总部设立在中国东北地区的经济、文化、交通、金融和商业中心城市——沈阳。航线网络将以东北为中心辐射全国，未来将开通干线航空及国际航线。

Northeast Airlines is mainly operated by Shenyang Taoxian International Airport and regional airlines. Its administrative headquarters is located in Shenyang, the economic, cultural, transportation, financial and commercial center city in Northeast China. The airline network will radiate the whole country with the northeast as the center, and will open trunk airlines and international routes in the future.
