目前公司拥有8个牧场，分布在常德市的汉寿县、临澧县、和津市等地，总占地面积3060亩，现有存栏荷斯坦良种奶牛7000多头，绿色饲料核心种植基地2.5万亩。牧场采用集约化大规模全舍饲的饲养方式，使用管道式全封闭机械挤奶设备，全作业过程无污染，牧场生奶质量达到欧美标准。公司乳品加工厂日产乳品能力130吨，有鲜奶和常温奶自动化生产线各两条。加工过程实行CIP自动清洗、高温巴氏杀菌、全封闭自动包装，真正实现了全过程无污染作业，公司二期工程计划发展奶牛3万头，年加工鲜奶能力达10万吨。
