宁德市夏威食品有限公司成立于2000年2月,系一家集水产品育苗养殖、冷藏、加工、销售、科研、出口于一身,产、供、销一条龙,农、工、贸一体化的出口外向型企业。

公司位于宁德市东侨经济开发区高新技术园区,总投资5000万元人民币,其中固定资产投资3860万元,占地面积26亩,建筑面积近8000平方米,年加工能力上百吨。主要产品有大黄鱼、真鲷、香鱼、带鱼、对虾、章鱼、鲳鱼、蟹等鲜冻产品和寿司鱼片以及系列水产罐装食品。公司成立以来坚持质量是企业生命的经营理念,严格实施HACCP质量体系,获得了出口卫生注册认证、HACCP认证、“QS”认证,无公害农产品认证和无公害农产品产地认证和绿色食品认证,并通过了ISO 9000 、ISO14000、ISO18000标准体系。

近年来,公司积极拓展国内外市场,产品除销往北京、天津、大连、青岛、上海、杭州、福州、厦门、广州、深圳等国内大中城市外,还出品韩国、日本、美国、以色列、南非、新加坡、印尼、马来西亚、香港等国家和地区。

公司技术力量雄厚,生产工艺水平高,新产品研发能力强,公司立足当地资源优势,走精深加工的发展道路,在发展农业产业化经营中,不断加大对企业发展的科技投入,打造了具有地方特色和市场竞争力的品牌产品。公司自2005年以来先后与中国水产科学院东海水产研究所共同开发“水产品微生物预报技术”、“冷藏链流通大黄鱼品质控制及预测系统开发”和“高水份水产品调味干制深加工技术”。公司应用上述技术,成功开发了真鲷鱼片、调味干制大黄鱼、黄鱼冷冻鱼片、金枪鱼罐头新产品,产品深受国内外消费者的青睐。与此同时,公司还与上海水产大学、福建农林大学、中科院海洋研究所、福建水产研究所等高等院校和科研机构建立了密切的技术合作关系,并成为上海水产大学的大学生社会实践基地。
