北京林达刘知识产权代理事务所由刘新宇女士于2003年8月18日创建，是在北京市工商行政管理局注册登记的经中华人民共和国国家知识产权局批准的专利代理机构和在国家工商行政管理总局商标局登记备案的商标代理机构。现在林达刘知识产权代理事务所的理念和业务服务上的独特做法在国内外引起了广泛关注。
