上海申江印刷有限公司，成立于1980年8月，于2002年9月改制重组，到2009年底固定资产原值已达到3000多万元，每年销售额约3000万元，每年纳税300多万元。

公司自2002年开始，先后从美国、德国、日本及国内引进了6条商业票据印刷流水线、平装胶印机15台、喷码设备、二联分切复卷机及配页机、纸张品质检测仪等一大批专业印刷机械及配套设备。同时公司形成了一条龙的票据生产体系并提高了各类印刷品业务的生产能力，高附加值产品的比例逐步增加。

公司具有防伪票证生产许可证，年税务发票销售额占全年销售额的70%，公司的综合实力和经济效益得到明显增强。

2004年2月，公司又投资人民币300万元，成立上海斯凯达彩色印务有限公司（申江公司控股），在上海市浦东新区曹路镇工业园区获得占地3917m2地块50年的使用权，新建标准厂房6550.32m2，其中：办公室面积550m2，生产厂房面积6000m2，现有空余厂房面积2000多m2。厂房内安装有红外监控、摄像监控和防盗报警装置，拥有良好的生产环境和硬件设施。2006年，申江印刷有限公司的生产场地迁至浦东生产基地（属自有产权）。通过生产资源的有效整合，形成了上海地区乃至全国范围内具有相当规模的印刷企业，建成的绿色环保花园式工厂成为浦东曹路工业园区内的一个崭新亮点。

The new standard factory building is 6550.32m2, including 550m2 of office area, 6000m2 of production plant area and more than 2000 m2 of existing spare plant area. The factory is equipped with infrared monitoring, camera monitoring and anti-theft alarm devices, with good production environment and hardware facilities. In 2006, the production site of Shenjiang Printing Co., Ltd. was moved to Pudong production base (owned by itself). Through the effective integration of production resources, a printing enterprise with considerable scale has been formed in Shanghai and even in the whole country. The green and environmental garden factory has become a new bright spot in Caolu Industrial Park in Pudong.
