1992年RobertPropet在香港设立“美商波派国际有限公司”(简称波派国际),主要从事波派品牌的国际市场拓展与行销。
1994年,Propet“波派”跨过太平洋,登陆中国市场,凭借着自身的国际化设计、开发、制造的优势,占据着中国各大中城市,赢得消费者骄人的口碑。当时RobertPropet在中国广州市番禺区投资设立“番禺美商波派皮具有限公司”(简称番禺波派)
2001年RobertPropet在加拿大设立“PropetCanadaInc”(简称波派加拿大),从而开始在加拿大市场销售和推广波派品牌。如今“Propet”这个国际化的鞋业品牌,已经占据着美国、加拿大、爱尔兰、澳洲、西班牙、瑞典、荷兰、中东、南非、中国、香港等13个国家的鞋业市场。年生产和销售各种中高档运动、休闲鞋达150万双。全球营销网络已超过300多个大区分销商及各知名大型商业百货连锁机构,终端销售网点超过2000家。其中,包括美国知名的百货公司JCPENNY、MASON等。
2007年更名广州美商波派皮具有限公司。并将番禺波派打造成波派集团的产品开发中心、生产制造中心和中国市场行销和品牌运作中心。番禺波派目前拥有员工1000多人,拥有3条完备的现代化生产线,具有150万双生产能力。公司获得ISO9001:2000质量管理认证体系,并获得美国商会会员资格。
