兴文县金鹅粉业有限责任公司成立于2008年7月，是一家专业生产红薯、马玲薯粉条及其淀粉制品的企业。公司位于四川省宜宾市兴文县大河苗族乡横担山村，占地面积32亩，注册资本300万元，现有资产1680万元，其中固定资产1188万元。公司以“绿色、品质、健康、发展”为理念，实行“企业+农民合作组织+基地”的经营模式，着力打造川南薯制品龙头企业。现有职工150人，其中专业技术人员30人，发展合作社成员219户，单位成员13户，无公害原料生产基地3000亩（其中：杂交高产红薯、紫薯示范基地500亩），辐射带动兴文县优质高产杂交红薯种植1.5万亩。为实现产业现代化、规模化发展目标，公司科学规划，及时配置设备和科技人员，现已拥有薯类粉条现代化产品生产线二条，并建成办公生活楼、主厂房、产品检测中心、原料成品房、包装车间、成品凉棚、烤房等现代化厂区3000余平方米。
