德泓国际绒业股份有限公司（以下简称德泓国际或公司），前身德海（宁夏）国际纺织有限公司，成立于2005年8月31日，以2013年9月30日为基准日整体变更为股份有限公司。公司注册资本31,313.3703万元人民币，注册地址为宁夏吴忠市同心县豫海镇永安路18号，银川分公司位于宁夏银川市金凤工业园区宝湖路中段。占地面积为178,675.45平方米，公司主营羊绒原料及羊绒制品的研发、设计、生产与销售。公司主要产品包括以羊绒为原料的无毛绒（分梳山羊绒）、羊绒条羊绒纱线（精纺、粗纺）、羊绒面料（精纺、粗纺，包括羊绒围巾、披肩）及羊绒制品等。

公司于2006年开始建设羊绒精纺纱线及高支羊绒精纺面料的开发与生产项目。引进意大利精良羊绒精纺面料生产技术，进口意大利、德国精良的纺纱、织造、染色、后整理等生产设备，聘请意大利、韩国羊绒纺织专家，边建设边生产。该项目于2009年国家发改委、工信部确定的产业振兴和技术改造项目。2012年底全部建成，并通过了自治区经信委等机构的项目验收。项目共计投资7亿元，完成了绒纺车间、绒织车间、染整车间、梳绒车间、污水处理中心、工程技术中心、三个仓库等120000㎡的基础设施建设。
