德泓国际绒业股份有限公司（以下简称德泓国际或公司），前身德海（宁夏）国际纺织有限公司，成立于2005年8月31日，以2013年9月30日为基准日整体变更为股份有限公司。公司注册资本31,313.3703万元人民币，注册地址为宁夏吴忠市同心县豫海镇永安路18号，银川分公司位于宁夏银川市金凤工业园区宝湖路中段。占地面积为178,675.45平方米，公司主营羊绒原料及羊绒制品的研发、设计、生产与销售。公司主要产品包括以羊绒为原料的无毛绒（分梳山羊绒）、羊绒条羊绒纱线（精纺、粗纺）、羊绒面料（精纺、粗纺，包括羊绒围巾、披肩）及羊绒制品等。
