山东华森水泥集团有限公司位于临沂市解放路西段，艾山脚下，古城附近，东临兖石铁路3华里，西距206国道200米，与京沪高速公路南北出口相距1公里，东西南北均紧靠交通要道，原燃、材料资源十分丰富。集团公司前身为临沂市第四水泥厂，始建于1982年，1996年实施改制组建集团公司，2006年更名为山东华森水泥集团有限公司。
