广东拿斯特（国际）照明有限公司成立于2003年7月，是6&S品牌目前在中国的授权企业，负责“6&S光世界”应急灯具在中国的研发、生产和销售。公司位于广东省江门市荷塘镇，公司占地面积10万多平方米，现有职工1200余人。

打造“全球应急照明专家”是广东拿斯特（国际）照明有限公司自创始以来一直坚持的发展目标，基于这一战略考虑，拿斯特（国际）近年来不断推动消防应急灯具行业的产业升级，2007年在广东江门投资建设占地达10万多平方米的大型工业园，总项目计划投资金额3500万美金。
