长春一东离合器股份有限公司（以下简称“长春一东”）成立于1992年，是以一汽东光离合器厂为改组主体。

长春一东现有生产设备537台（套）、试验设备106台（套），离合器总成生产能力400万套/年，液压举升机构50万套/年。关键设备分别从奥地利、意大利、韩国等国家引进。
