牡丹江木工机械（厂）有限责任公司（前身牡丹江木工机械厂）始建于1946年，原隶属于中华人民共和国林业部，曾经是亚洲较大的木工机械生产制造基地。2004年经过国有企业改制，重新组建了牡丹江木工机械（厂）有限责任公司。
