宣化新钟楼啤酒有限公司的前身是宣化啤酒厂。始建于1949年3月6日，初期主要生产白酒，自1958年起转产啤酒。历经52年不间断地技改扩建，到1992年已成为国家大型一档企业。随着国家经济体制改革的不断深入，1993年组建了宣化钟楼啤酒集团有限公司，2003年实行了股份制改革，建立了完善的现代企业制度。2004年，在股份有限公司改制后的基础上，经过市政府批准，成立了新钟楼啤酒有限公司。

新公司占地面积46.3万平方米，总资产为50285万元。年生产啤酒能力为30万吨，年销售收入3亿元左右，创利税6000万元左右。钟楼系列产品60多个品种，销售区域为京、津、河北、山西、内蒙等20多个省、市、自治区，出口俄罗斯、蒙古等国。
