公司一期工程主要包括设计年产20万吨精密纵剪机组,年产20万吨光亮全氢罩式退火炉,年产20万吨平整拉矫机组,形成完整的年产20万吨冷轧普碳(板)卷的生产能力。
公司二期工程主要是开发冷轧无取向硅钢产品,形成年产25万吨冷轧无取向硅钢的能力;主要包括两套1450mm12辊单机架可逆式冷轧机,一条无取向硅钢连续退火生产线及配套的煤气脱硫系统。其中,12辊单机架可逆式冷轧机生产能力为30万吨,具有轧制能力大,板型控制能力强等优点,主要轧制超薄带钢和0.35毫米,0.50毫米硅钢退火基板;无取向硅钢连续退火生产线可生产中牌号无取向硅钢,主要品种为50W470〜50W800,可用于制造电机铁芯和定子以及小型变压器。
公司三期工程主要是建设30万吨镀锌连退两用生产线,该生产线设置有双开卷机,双切剪,立式活套,电解清洗装置,立式退火炉,锌锅气刀及沉没辊系统,平整机,拉矫机,钝化,涂油及卷取机。机组功能齐全,可满足不同产品种类要求。本工艺采用无氧化和辐射管加热相结合的技术,加热速度快,热效率高,设置光整机,可有效改善产品表面质量,提高产品涂装性和冷冲性能。采用两弯一矫或两弯两矫拉矫机,可有效改善带钢板形及表面质量。
