唐山宏文冷轧不锈钢有限公司成立于2006年，注册资金一亿元，属唐山宏文实业集团公司子公司，主要经营不锈钢制品，钢材及压延产品等，公司位于唐山市古冶区新兴工业园区内，现有员工400余人，其中技术及管理人员50余人，公司占地面积约5万平方米。

公司以热轧卷板为原料进行酸洗，冷轧，湿平整，退火及热镀锌等深加工，总体分三期建设，预计总投资约10亿元，总体建设规模为年产30万吨冷轧普碳（板）卷，30万吨镀锌民用板及25万吨冷轧无取向硅钢。

公司一期工程已经建成投产主要设备有：1450毫米推拉式酸洗机组一条及配套4立方米/ h的酸再生机组，1450毫米六辊单机架可逆冷轧机一台，全氢罩式光亮退火炉机组，拉矫机重卷组一条;以及配套的公辅设施如：给排水设施，热力设施，燃气设施，通风除尘，供配电和电气传动，电讯，检化验设施等已经形成年产60万吨酸洗卷板20万吨冷硬卷板20万吨光亮退火冷轧卷板的产能。一期工程主体设备由中冶连铸公司，中国一重等国内技术实力雄厚的大企业设计制造，推拉式酸洗机组采用六段浅槽紊流酸洗和五级顺流串级漂洗系统。

公司一期工程主要包括设计年产20万吨精密纵剪机组，年产20万吨光亮全氢罩式退火炉，年产20万吨平整拉矫机组，形成完整的年产20万吨冷轧普碳（板）卷的生产能力。

公司二期工程主要是开发冷轧无取向硅钢产品，形成年产25万吨冷轧无取向硅钢的能力；主要包括两套1450mm12辊单机架可逆式冷轧机，一条无取向硅钢连续退火生产线及配套的煤气脱硫系统。其中，12辊单机架可逆式冷轧机生产能力为30万吨，具有轧制能力大，板型控制能力强等优点，主要轧制超薄带钢和0.35毫米，0.50毫米硅钢退火基板；无取向硅钢连续退火生产线可生产中牌号无取向硅钢，主要品种为50W470〜50W800，可用于制造电机铁芯和定子以及小型变压器。

公司三期工程主要是建设30万吨镀锌连退两用生产线，该生产线设置有双开卷机，双切剪，立式活套，电解清洗装置，立式退火炉，锌锅气刀及沉没辊系统，平整机，拉矫机，钝化，涂油及卷取机。机组功能齐全，可满足不同产品种类要求。本工艺采用无氧化和辐射管加热相结合的技术，加热速度快，热效率高，设置光整机，可有效改善产品表面质量，提高产品涂装性和冷冲性能。采用两弯一矫或两弯两矫拉矫机，可有效改善带钢板形及表面质量。

The second phase of the company's project is mainly to develop cold-rolled non oriented silicon steel products, forming an annual capacity of 250000 tons of cold-rolled non oriented silicon steel; it mainly includes two sets of 1450mm12 high single stand reversible cold rolling mill, a continuous annealing production line of non oriented silicon steel and supporting gas desulfurization system. Among them, the production capacity of 12 high single stand reversible cold rolling mill is 300000 tons, which has the advantages of large rolling capacity and strong plate shape control ability. It mainly rolls ultra-thin strip steel and annealed substrate of 0.35mm and 0.50mm silicon steel; the continuous annealing production line of non oriented silicon steel can produce medium brand non oriented silicon steel, with the main varieties of 50w470-50w800, which can be used to manufacture iron core and stator of motor and small-scale Transformer. The third phase of the company's project is mainly to build a 300000 ton production line for galvanizing and continuous return. The production line is equipped with double uncoiler, double shear, vertical looper, electrolytic cleaning device, vertical annealing furnace, zinc pot air knife and sink roll system, leveler, tension leveler, passivation, oiling and coiler. The unit has complete functions and can meet the requirements of different product types. This process adopts the combination of non oxidation and radiant tube heating technology, with fast heating speed and high thermal efficiency. It can effectively improve the surface quality of the product, improve the coating and cold punching performance of the product by setting up a polishing machine. The shape and surface quality of steel strip can be effectively improved by using two bending and one straightening machine or two bending and two straightening and drawing straightening machine.
