凯斯纽荷兰机械（哈尔滨）有限公司（原名哈尔滨纽荷兰拖拉机有限公司），成立于1999年，是从事高端大马力轮式拖拉机生产与组装的外资企业。公司系美国凯斯纽荷兰公司在哈尔滨设立的农业机械制造企业，目前主要生产和组装100马力以上轮式拖拉机和小型方捆打捆机。

成立12年来，凯斯纽荷兰机械（哈尔滨）有限公司“立足龙江，面向全国”，先后推出了适应国内市场的多个系列的大马力轮式拖拉机，累计组装生产大马力拖拉机2000余台。其中的110-90拖拉机和TM140拖拉机，在我国大马力拖拉机发展的进程中发挥了积极的引导作用，成为市场上同类机型中的佼佼者。近几年引进的纽荷兰T1804/T2104拖拉机，装备欧III柴油发动机和全动力换挡变速箱，是国内组装生产的专业的轮式拖拉机。2010年，纽荷兰小方捆打捆机开始在哈尔滨组装生产，标志着凯斯纽荷兰哈尔滨生产基地，向全系列农机产品制造迈出了新的步伐。

凯斯纽荷兰机械（哈尔滨）有限公司也是凯斯纽荷兰大型农业机械在中国重要的技术培训中心、零备件供应中心和技术服务中心。

2011年5月26日凯斯纽荷兰公司与哈尔滨经济技术开发区正式签约，决定在哈南工业新城以凯斯纽荷兰机械（哈尔滨）有限公司为主体，投资兴建新的农机生产项目，生产组装140-350马力拖拉机和打捆机。

拥有百余年历史的纽荷兰品牌，进入中国已经超过30年，特别在最近10年里获得了较大发展。
