山东三方化工集团有限公司是一家以生产化肥为主，集化工、科研、房产开发、金融商贸及农化服务于一体的大型集团化企业。公司成立于1975年，现有总资产8亿元，职工1200余人，占地面积1000余亩。主要产品有复合肥、硫酸钾、盐酸、精细化工等产品，年综合生产能力120万吨，是北方主要的曼海姆法硫酸钾生产基地，产品远销日本、澳大利亚、埃及、东南亚等海外国家和地区。

现有规模20万吨/年高塔造粒复合肥、20万吨/年氨化造粒复合肥、20万吨/年双烘双冷高氮复合肥、20万吨/年缓控释复合肥、20万吨/年BB肥生产线、10万吨/年硫酸钾（12万吨盐酸）、及其他精细化工产品。
