我县拥有丰富、优质的青梅、药木瓜、苦荞麦等生物资源,但以往都没有深入开发,仅仅用于青梅泡酒、木瓜煮鱼、苦荞粑粑蘸蜂蜜等之类的简单食用,不能满足市场需求,发挥特色经济效益。我公司利用科学技术进行深加工,不断提升产品品质,并且以合同为载体把基地的农户有机地连接起来,到目前为止公司初步形成了市场连公司、公司加基地、基地带动农户的产业发展格局,发展到年收购加工木瓜鲜果200吨、青梅鲜果450吨、苦荞麦300吨的生产规模。有力的促进了农业产业化和地方民族经济的发展。

目前,宁蒗苦荞麦产品只限于初级原料产品的形式供消费者食用,未能进一步加工增值和进行市场拓展,不能发挥出应有的经济效益。苦荞麦作为一个特色产业来发展,其目的是使广大山区农民实现增收,由于广大农户种植苦荞麦处于传统的小农经济个体行为,不但没有资金、技术来完成精深产品的加工增值,同时也不易了解市场行情和信息,因此,我公司进行统一科学种植指导、统一标准收购原料产品,并根据市场变化及时研发适销对路的产品进行市场营销,实现种植、加工、销售的有机统一。目前公司开发出速溶凉山金荞、苦荞茶、苦荞生物黄酮等畅销产品。

公司除将产品投入市场外,还在泸沽湖旅游专线旁设立了专营销售点,针对来泸沽湖旅游的游客方便选择自己喜欢的特产。在旅游专线设立销售点,一方面可以扩大销售量,另一方面培育了特色旅游产品市场,促进旅游经济发展。同时宣传了对“女儿珍”牌系列产品品牌知名度。
