杭州绿能环保发电有限公司成立于2002年，现股东为中国环境保护集团有限公司和杭州市环境集团有限公司。公司专注于垃圾焚烧发电这个高新科技环保领域，以城市生活垃圾为燃料，实现生活垃圾处理的“无害化、减量化、资源化”。

公司位于杭州市滨江区浦沿街道山二村，占地42294平方米。项目一期工程于2002年12月开工，2004年10月正式建成投入运行。一期工程批准概算21542万元，实际投资总额为19933万元。一期工程建设了3条由日本三菱重工生产的150t/d逆推炉排式垃圾焚烧炉、日本三菱重工和原杭州锅炉厂合作生产的配套余热锅炉、原杭州锅炉厂和中科院热物理研究所合作研发的循环流化+活性炭喷射+布袋烟气处理装置+SNCR脱硝系统+烟气在线监控系统等组成的垃圾焚烧处理生产线，配套一台7.5MW的汽轮发电机组。

公司平均日接纳垃圾600吨左右，其中日焚烧处理垃圾450吨左右，其余为垃圾中产生的渗滤液和挥发性气体，都分别进行了无害化处理。自项目投产以来，公司为杭州市打造国内清洁城市和建设生活品质之城、促进节能减排、改善生态环境以及为滨江区创建环保示范区等做出了积极的贡献。

In the first phase of the project, three pieces of waste incinerators, including 150t / D reverse pushing grate type waste incinerator produced by Mitsubishi Heavy Industry of Japan, supporting waste heat boiler produced by Mitsubishi Heavy Industry of Japan and Hangzhou Boiler Plant, circulating fluidization + activated carbon injection + bag type flue gas treatment device + SNCR denitration system + flue gas online monitoring system developed by Hangzhou Boiler Plant and Institute of Thermophysics of Chinese Academy of Sciences, were constructed The burning treatment production line is equipped with a 7.5mw steam turbine generator set. The company receives about 600 tons of garbage per day on average, of which about 450 tons are burned per day, and the rest are leachate and volatile gas generated in the garbage, which are respectively treated innocuously. Since the project was put into operation, the company has made positive contributions to Hangzhou to build a clean city in China and a city of quality of life, promote energy conservation and emission reduction, improve the ecological environment, and create an environmental protection demonstration area for Binjiang District.
