蒲县宏源煤业集团有限公司，是临汾市地方煤矿企业中较大的肥煤生产、加工、转化基地，是蒲县地方煤炭企业。公司位于蒲县乔家湾乡北峪村，距洪乔公路0.5公里，罗克公路1公里，交通便利。

为了适应企业生产规模发展的要求，宏源煤业集团不断健全和完善法人治理结构和经营管理机构，于2007年实现了集团化管理。

根据省资源整合领导组批复的资源整合方案，兼并重组整合21座地方小煤矿，规划建设5座大中型现代化矿井。资源面积由41.5平方公里增加到56.8平方公里；资源储量由10021万吨增加到22705万吨；产能由305万吨/年提高到405万吨/年，产能接近蒲县设计产能的1/4。

为了提高经济效益，宏源煤业集团从2000年至2006年，投资6000余万元，先后建成了三条选煤生产线，原煤入选能力达到220万吨/年。120万吨/年选煤生产线采用传统跳汰加浮选工艺，选煤用水闭路循环，全过程微机控制，全自动化操作。为了满足资源整合后原煤的洗选能力，宏源煤业集团2009年立项开工建设500万吨重介选煤项目，总投资2.5亿元，预计2011年上半年投入运行，该项目建成后将是目前临汾市规模较大、技术较完备的重介选煤厂之一。

The 1.2 million T / a coal preparation production line adopts the traditional jigging plus flotation process, the closed-circuit circulation of coal preparation water, the whole process of microcomputer control, and the full automatic operation. In order to meet the capacity of raw coal preparation after resource integration, Hongyuan coal industry group started the construction of 5 million tons of heavy medium coal preparation project in 2009 with a total investment of 250 million yuan, which is expected to be put into operation in the first half of 2011. After completion, the project will be one of the large-scale and technically complete heavy medium coal preparation plants in Linfen.
