百色市建鑫植物油股份有限公司成立于2005年，注册资本7390万元，位于百色市城东工业园区内，是一家以山茶油种植、科研、加工、营销于一体的现代化上市企业。“加年”牌是公司打造的一个山茶油品牌，所生产的“加年”牌山茶油系列产品富含硒元素，深受市场青睐，产品已畅销全国各地，并获得了出口资质，出口日本、韩国、台湾等地。

经过长达10多年的努力耕耘，公司的生产经营已初获成效，所生产的茶油产品也得到了大家的认可。

公司目前拥有两个油茶林种植基地和一个合作社联营基地，总面积16000亩。其中油茶林种植基地分别位于百色市右江区乌拉村和平圩水库，种植面积3000亩；合作社联营基地位于凌云县双达村，面积13000亩，由公司与凌云县下甲乡双达油茶农民专业合作社合作经营。通过基地建设，辐射农户近千户，促进每户农户增收6000元/年。
