1951年,酒坊被人民政府接收,更名为“云集酒厂”;1967年,云集酒厂更名为“绍兴东风酒厂”;2005年,公司更名为“会稽山绍兴酒有限公司”;2007年9月29日,公司再次更名为“会稽山绍兴酒股份有限公司”,精功集团成为公司第一大股东。

早在1915年,公司前身——云集周信记酒坊便在美国旧金山举行的“巴拿马太平洋国际博览会”上为绍兴酒夺得了第一枚国际金奖,迄今已15次荣获国内外金奖,产品一直被国际友人誉为“东方红宝石”、“东方名酒之冠”。目前,公司年黄酒生产能力已达10万千升,拥有柯桥本部和嘉善黄酒股份有限公司两大生产基地,总占地面积60万平方米,是世界最大的黄酒生产、出口基地之一。

作为“绍兴黄酒酿制技艺”非物质文化遗产传承基地,会稽山绍兴酒传承千年历史,沿续百年工艺,以精白糯米、麦曲、鉴湖水为主要原料精心酿制而成。产品经多年陈酿,酒度适中,酒色橙黄清亮,酒香馥郁芬芳,幽雅自然,口味甘鲜醇厚,柔和爽口,营养丰富,是一种符合现代消费理念,具有较高鉴赏品位,适合世界潮流的低度营养酒,也是我国首批国家地理(原产地域)标志保护产品。
