河南天下玉源实业有限责任公司五朵山黄酒厂，坐落于楚文化发源地，南水北调源头的南阳市镇平县。镇平县位于豫西南伏牛山南麓，赵河纵贯南北，气候温和，物产丰富，土地肥沃，酿制美酒得天独厚。

五朵山黄酒的前身清朝末年的北街酒坊，建国后成立公私合营的镇平县酱菜厂，1981年正式改名为镇平县五朵山黄酒厂。2002年五朵山黄酒厂改制，更名为河南省镇平县五朵山黄酒有限责任公司。老厂位于镇平县雪枫路，因老厂设备陈旧，工艺落后，占地狭小，不利于大工业生产。
