江西萍钢实业股份有限公司(原萍乡钢铁厂,以下简称萍钢公司)始建于1954年,是江西省较早建成投产的钢铁企业。2012年11月,辽宁方大集团实业有限公司(以下简称方大集团)重组萍钢公司。

萍钢公司是一个以钢铁为主业,成功向国际贸易、工程技术、房地产、矿山等行业多元发展的钢铁联合企业,拥有萍乡萍钢安源钢铁有限公司、九江萍钢钢铁有限公司两家钢铁子公司,公司具备年产钢能力1040万吨,员工14000余人,资产总额270余亿元。

2012年是萍钢公司的历史转折年。当年,萍钢公司通过重组加盟方大集团,企业由此从巨额亏损、濒临死亡走向新生。重组后,在行业处于低谷形势下,萍钢公司连续实现逆势盈利。2016年萍钢公司在主动去产能60万吨的情况下,年产钢1008万吨。

萍钢公司坚持以人为本,让员工共享发展成果。重组后,员工收入保持年均近10%的增长率,2016年在岗员工(不含中高层)人均收入较重组前的2012年人均收入增长近2万元,增长率达44.04%;员工“五险一金”参保水平稳定提升,重组以来萍钢公司缴费增长率超过江西省和地方社会平均工资增长率,2016年企业为员工缴纳的“五险一金”人均费用较2012年增长达49.68%;与此同时,重组以来对员工福利政策投入达1.5亿元以上。

萍钢公司视环保为企业的“生命线”,坚持绿色发展理念,建设资源节约型、环境友好型企业。2016年,萍钢公司主动关停一座420立方米高炉及配套的炼钢、制氧等工序,实现去钢产能60万吨,同时主动关停了50万吨的焦化厂。在淘汰落后、主动去产能的同时,萍钢公司推进环保项目建设,重组以来每年环保投资都上亿元,企业能耗指标明显改善。

In 2016, Pinggang took the initiative to shut down a 420 cubic meter blast furnace and its supporting steelmaking and oxygen making processes, achieving a capacity of 600000 tons of steel removal, while taking the initiative to shut down a 500000 ton coking plant. Since the reorganization, the annual environmental protection investment has been over 100 million yuan, and the energy consumption index of the enterprise has improved significantly.
