公司创建于1988年，坐落于博望镇，地处314省道旁，距南京禄口机场仅有28公里，交通极为便利。公司占地面积55000平方米，现有职工130多人，拥有国内外加工设备120余台，公司拥有从冶炼、锻造、粗加工、精加工、热处理、检测、分析到研究、开发、生产为一体的企业。

公司专业生产“岩金”牌中厚板双边剪、定尺剪、切分剪、碎边剪、大小圆盘剪刀片、连铸机刀片、飞剪刀片、棒材、棒料剪刀片等各种冷热剪刀片及冷轧辊、加热炉高温耐磨滑块等高合金钢系列产品。

改革开放后钢铁业发展迅速，各中厚板钢产量增长速度突飞猛进。板材的精整段对备件剪刃提出苛刻要求，原通用材料H13K和HMB，其具有高强度、高硬度、高韧性、高淬透性等特点，在使用中表现出良好的性能。在中厚板、棒材、螺纹钢、冷带轧钢和大直径园盘剪刀片使用过程中，被剪切材料切口平整光滑、无毛刺、使用寿命长等，都不同程度的表现出新型材质剪刃的实用性，从而提高剪切质量和效率，减轻劳动强度，通常剪切量为原有材质的3-5倍。

目前φ1300、φ1200大直径园盘刀片，使用高合金高强度材质生产刀片，且生产技术方面在国内是一难题。为此公司扩大规模，更新大设备，创新工艺，采用HMB材料制作园盘刀片，满足客户在使用过程中剪切毛刺小、板材切口平整、刀片不崩刃等优点。

从96年至今，自从使用新材质后，数据每年都在不断上升，从这不断上升的数据中，充分说明了新钢钟超凡的性能。H13K寿命是同行业厂家的2.5-3.5倍，而HMB则达到了5倍以上，且无崩刃和钝口现象。从而超过了西马克和韩国刀片8000吨的剪切量。且光洁度高，综合效益明显。同时解决了进口刀片价格高、供货时间长、售后服务不及时等问题。H13K和HMB新型材质制作的刀片，在国内50多家钢铁公司取得了一定成果，受到了各种好评。

公司02年研制开发了镍铬耐热合金，制作加热炉滑块，使用温度超过13000C时，仍无明显变化，具有抗蠕变性能好、抗氧化能力强、使用寿命长等优点，并顺利进入市场。

对于中厚板加热炉出料炉门，国内很多企业采用的是钢板制作件、中间通水冷却结构，出料口的热量较大，冷却水带走大量热量，使这一区域耗能量较高，炉门的使用寿命短，并且对出口钢坯的吸热很大，影响钢坯的加热质量。随着中厚板厂的产量不断提高，这一问题更为突出，为了进一步降低加热炉耗能量，提高钢坯的加热质量，公司为上钢三厂设计制造无水冷出料炉门。炉门采用耐热钢，加高温耐火纤维内衬，使炉门在高温下不变形、无氧化特点，满足了客户要求。

For the discharging furnace door of medium and heavy plate heating furnace, many domestic enterprises adopt the steel plate making parts and the middle water cooling structure. The heat at the discharging port is large, and the cooling water takes a lot of heat, which makes the energy consumption in this area higher, the service life of the furnace door shorter, and the heat absorption of the exported billet is great, which affects the heating quality of the billet. In order to further reduce the energy consumption of the heating furnace and improve the heating quality of the billet, the company designed and manufactured the no water cooling discharge furnace door for the third plant of Shanggang. The furnace door is made of heat-resistant steel and lined with high-temperature fire-resistant fiber, so that the furnace door will not deform and oxidize at high temperature, meeting the requirements of customers.
