浙江省国有资本运营有限公司，前身为浙江省综合资产经营有限公司，初创于2007年，由浙江省人民政府国有资产监督管理委员会履行出资人职责的国有独资控股公司。2014年，省综合资产经营公司被改组为国有资本运营平台。2016年6月，将省国资运营公司调整为省一级企业，并将原省铁路集团旗下资产经营、融资租赁、基金管理等业务板块注入公司，进一步夯实发展基础。2017年2月，浙江省国有资本运营有限公司正式成立。
