绍兴三立达纺织阻燃新材料有限公司前身是四川内江三立新合纤有限公司，从2000年初开始与北京理工大学和中国石化北京燕化石油化工股份有限公司合作，完成了“磷系阻燃涤纶纤维和织物”的研究开发。公司历经10年，不断研究开发、不断完善阻燃技术。
