广东冠豪高新技术股份有限公司于1993年在湛江经济技术开发区成立，1995年初建成投产，成为国内大规模生产无碳复写纸、热敏记录纸的公司和国内目前生产设备及工艺完善的大型无碳复写纸、不干胶标签材料、热升华转印纸生产基地。公司于2003年公开发行A股，证券代码：600433，证券简称：冠豪高新，并于2009年通过非公发引入央企中国纸业投资有限公司控股。

广东冠豪高新技术股份有限公司（以下简称“冠豪高新”）从欧洲相继引进生产设备，现拥有2条原纸生产线和10多条涂布生产线，东海岛厂区占地面积1100亩，实行热电联产，是国内较大规模的特种材料和涂布纸生产基地。冠豪高新下辖湛江冠豪纸业有限公司（原湛江冠龙纸业有限公司，以下简称“冠豪纸业”）、浙江冠豪新材料有限公司（以下简称“浙江冠豪”）、珠海冠豪条码科技有限公司（以下简称“珠海冠豪”）和广东冠豪新港印务有限公司（以下简称“新港印务”）等多家全资（控股）子公司。其中，冠豪纸业为冠豪高新配套生产无碳复写纸原纸、热敏原纸、CF纸、防伪原纸等特种纸原纸；浙江冠豪为大型不干胶标签材料生产基地，主营铜版类、热敏类、膜类和特种不干胶材料；珠海冠豪条码主营条码快递单、物流运单、不干胶贴纸与电子监管码等产品；新港印务是华南地区品种较齐全的大型票据印刷企业。

冠豪高新无碳复写纸产品应用于税务、邮政、银行、商业等各行各业，自1996年至今由国家税务总局、中国印钞造币总公司选定为增值税专用发票无碳复写纸供应产品，自2000年至今由国家邮政速递局选定为EMS特快专递专用无碳复写纸主要供应产品。热敏材料广泛用于票据、标签、传真、收银及ATM用纸等领域，其中，自主研发的三防特种热敏纸在中国体育彩票、中国福利彩票等领域占有较大市场份额；新推出的膜基热敏材料及磁性热敏材料，在医疗及交通行业应用前景良好。不干胶标签材料包括应用于物流、医药、日化、食品、酒类等行业的可变信息标签、防伪标签及基础标签。近年来，公司推出的热升华转印纸在数码印花领域取得重大成就，稳定的产品品质、丰富的研发及涂布经验以及产业链优势让公司在该领域脱颖而出。
