莱钢集团烟台钢管有限公司前身为山东烟台钢管总厂，1958年5月建厂开始生产无缝钢管。1981年7月成为山东省冶金工业总公司直属企业，为我国专业化无缝钢管生产的骨干厂家。1998年10月，企业整建制划归莱芜钢铁集团有限公司，成为其全资法人单位。2007年6月，山东烟台钢管总厂完成改制，更名为“莱钢集团烟台钢管有限公司”。
