关税政策叠加负面因素冲击美旅游业,3月赴美游客锐减12%

3月赴美外国游客数量同比下降近12%,这是自新冠疫情以来的最大降幅。《华盛顿邮报》援引美国商务部下属的国际贸易署的数据称,3月份中美洲的赴美游客同比减少24%,来自西欧国家的游客同比减少17%,其中德国游客数量的下降28%、西班牙下降25%。以上数据并不包含美国国际游客最大来源国加拿大。根据加拿大政府的初步统计数据显示,截至3月,驾车访问美国的加拿大公民人数同比下降了近32%。从美国乘飞机返回加拿大的人数下降了13.5%。美国旅游协会预测,2025年美国旅游业收入或将减少720亿美元,酒店、航空、餐饮等行业将面临连锁反应。此外,美国高盛集团预测称,在最坏情况下,入境游客和消费双双减少可能给今年美国GDP造成0.3%的损失,约合9000亿美元。(央视新闻)
