厦门欣汉电脑有限公司，是由台湾影像电脑有限股份公司于2008年投资兴办的台商独资高科技企业，其创始人为美国普渡大学博士、台湾大学计算机系教授。公司主要从事图像处理、信息安全等计算机应用系统及产品的自主研发与销售，主要产品有DocExpress（多易拍）高拍仪、IPASS动态口令认证系统、NI-BOX网络认证服务器及印鉴核对系统，广泛用于银行、证券、教育等行业，并向海外出口。

总公司于1985年成立，迄今已二十余年，初期专注于影像处理推广，于1989年推出印鉴核对系统，广泛应用于银行及证券业，直至今日使用客户已达千家以上。2009年推出新版印鉴暨开户影像系统，将开户时所有文件如契约书、身份证、人像、印鉴均纳入管理。

因印鉴联行联机需求，于1990年开始研发安控系统，包括RSA之运算、各种加解密技术等等，并已于多年前应用于印鉴系统上。 2004年推出可携带式高解析、高速度之文件影像拍摄机DocExpress (多易拍) 高拍仪，该设备目前广泛应用于银行、证券期货开户柜台、教育等各行各业。随后推出具有计算机自动对焦之 DocExpress(多易拍) 高拍仪。

公司目前员工有100人左右，负责安控系统软、硬件研发之技术人员约二十余人，人员尚在持续投入研发技术行列中。

2004年  于台湾推出DocExpress（多易拍）高拍仪，具有便利携带，高品质及高速拍摄存档之特性可取代扫描机。

2006年  于福州成立福州欣汉电脑有限公司，同年于证券行业获得成功回响。于中国大陆取得产品专利权并营销于中国各省市。

2008年  于厦门成立欣汉电脑有限公司，并取得多家保险公司之青昧。

2009年  推出证照双面拍摄机，护照拍摄机，及360万像素文件拍摄机等产品，来满足不同层次客户需求。

2011年  推出64位元高解析自动对焦机种，属于高品质之文件拍摄机。

2012年  推出A3版可伸缩式自动对焦机种。1000万像素支持USB3.0高速传输。

2013年  推出1400万高解析文件拍摄机以及简报和教育市场专用之GN系列产品。
